Stephen Ferrante, PhD, MSW, Principal Partner

Dr. Stephen Ferrante is a Principal Partner of the Group Victory strategy and organization developing consulting firm. Dr. Ferrante has dedicated his 37 year professional career to working in human services with various populations across the lifespan in clinical, supervisory, and administrative capacities. His work includes strategic and business planning, advocacy and policy practice, grant acquisition and program development, systems of care design and capacity building, operations and implementation, training and evaluation. Dr. Ferrante has managed multi-million dollar budgets, large diverse workforces, and numerous projects including national demonstrations and evidence-based initiatives. He assisted Florida Atlantic University with launching an Aging Academy while teaching in their Master of Social Work (MSW) Program, currently teaches for Barry University’s MSW Program and has presents locally, statewide, nationally, and internationally as a lecturer. Dr. Ferrante has served on professional association councils and nonprofit boards and received several outstanding service awards. Dr. Ferrante holds a doctoral and master’s degree in social work.
